Rental Opportunities

When you host an event at the Golden Age of Trucking Museum your guest are always allowed to enjoy the exhibits throughout the Museum.
Prices are approximate and my be less than noted, but never more. We customize your event to accommodate your needs and requests. We have preferred caterers available or you may bring your own. There is a contract that you must fill out for your event. Please contact Pam or Kathi if you would like to host your event at the museum or if you have any questions. We have hosted weddings, bar mitzvahs, showers, anniversaries, holiday parties, birthdays, proms, dances, fundraisers, art exhibits, business meetings. We hope that you will consider us as a unique venue for your event.

	The Founder's Gallery - 80 people Maximum $500/4 hours
	Display Area - 200 people Maximum $1,500/4 hours
	Media on West Main - 40 people Maximum $400/4 hours
	Waramaug Way - 50 people Maximum $450/4 hours
Childrens Birthday Parties $250.00 - 50 children max - 2 hours Personalized coloring sheet. Museum T Shirt for the birthday child. Free play in the Interactive Interstate. Reserved space in our indoor picnic area. Souvenir for each child. You provide: Birthday cake, paper products and drinks. You may also bring a prepared lunch if desired. We respectfully request that you and your guests adhere to the time limitations of your party. The museum is not responsible for supervision of the children at any time during the party. Children are not allowed to run through the museum unattended. They need to be with an adult at all times. We want the children to be safe and have fun too! We are handicap accessible. Prices subject to change
