Rate Information

When you host an event at the Golden Age of Trucking Museum your guest are always allowed to enjoy the exhibits throughout the Museum.

We customize your event to accommodate your needs and requests. We have preferred caterers available or you may bring your own. There is a contract that you must fill out for your event.

Please contact Pam or Kathi if you would like to host your event at the museum or if you have any questions. We have hosted weddings, bar mitzvahs, showers, anniversaries, holiday parties, birthdays, proms, dances, fundraisers, art exhibits, business meetings. We hope that you will consider us as a unique venue for your event.

Rental Space

	*The Founder's Gallery* - 1,150 Square feet - 80 person occupancy. The Founder's Room is available for dining, parties and conferences. There are eight, 72 inch round tables and eighty chairs available. For an additional price we offer table linens. We do not cater, but will provide you with a list of our preferred caterers.
	*The Museum* - 30,000 square feet - 200+ person occupancy The Museum is available for weddings, fundraisers, conferences, and parties. Rental of the museum includes usage of the Founder's Gallery.
	Conference Room - 200 square feet - 10 person occupancy The Conference Room is available for small meetings or conferences.
	Indoor Picnic Area - Accommodates 50 people - Rates Vary
	*Media Room* - Accommodates 40 people
	*Library Lane* - Accommodates 12 people

Childrens Birthday Parties
$250.00 - 50 children max - 2 hours
Personalized coloring sheet.
Museum T Shirt for the birthday child.
Free play in the Interactive Interstate.
Reserved space in our indoor picnic area.
Souvenir for each child.

You provide: Birthday cake, paper products and drinks. You may also bring a prepared lunch if desired. We respectfully request that you and your guests adhere to the time limitations of your party.

The museum is not responsible for supervision of the children at any time during the party. Children are not allowed to run through the museum unattended. They need to be with an adult at all times. We want the children to be safe and have fun too! We are handicap accessible. Prices subject to change

School Rates
$4.00 per child - $5.00 per adult
The Golden Age of Trucking Museum is designed to accommodate children of all ages. The Interactive Interstate, Children's area, is equipped with two computers, a big rig arcade game (50 cents per play), two Lego tables, a reading corner, games, puzzles and a cut away Volvo truck.

There are twenty-three antique trucks, antique boats and a toy truck display for the children to view.

We also have a gift shop if the children are interested in purchasing souvenirs. There is an area for children to leave their coats and snacks or lunches. There are also picnic tables for dining.
A Museum tour is twenty to thirty minutes; there may be thirty to sixty minutes of free time in the children's area, and twenty minutes for lunch. The times vary according to the ages of the children.

Bus Tour Group Rates
$5.00 per adult
Bus Driver and escort free admission with bus group.
For an additional cost we can arrange for a luncheon. Please call for details.

The museum displays over 30 meticulously restored antique trucks, antique boats and an extensive collection of collectibles toy vehicles. There is an informal reading lounge where visitors may browse through transportation related books, journals and magazines. There is an indoor picnic area available to our visitors. The Gift Shoppe has an assortment of clothing toys, books, candles, jewelry, novelty gifts and snacks.
