May, 2010 - The Golden Age of Trucking Museum will present a “Military Vehicle Show” as part of Blue Star Museums, a program offering free admission to all active duty military personnel from Memorial Day through Labor Day 2010.
“The Military Vehicle Show” invites all owners of military vehicles to bring them to the museum on Saturday June 5th from 10-4pm. Museum volunteer, Rich Blomberg, from Newtown, is coordinating the event and is donating refreshments to all of those who bring their military vehicle to the show. It will be held in the museum parking lot so there is no fee to view the vehicles.

March, 2010 - On Sunday, April 25, 2010, from 12-4pm, The Golden Age of Trucking Museum, a non-profit organization, will be holding an “Earth Day Celebration”. This event will be held rain or shine and weather permitting will be set up outdoors. Regular museum admission prices will apply that day to view the museum and the public is invited. This celebration will be fun for the entire family. The Easter Bunny will be arriving in an antique fire truck to meet the children so be sure to bring your camera. Feburary, 2010 - The Golden Age of Trucking Museum will be holding a “Saturday Seminar” on Saturday, March 13, 2010 from 1-3pm at 1101 Southford Road in Middlebury, Connecticut. Janaury, 2009 - Once again, in 2009, The Golden Age of Trucking Museum will host its “Saturday Seminars”. They will be held on January 10, March 7, and April 4 at the museum which is located at 1101 Southford Road in Middlebury, Connecticut.
