Harvest Festival at The Golden Age of Trucking MuseumOn Saturday, October 25, 2008, The Golden Age of Trucking Museum will be holding a “Harvest Festival” from 12noon until 3pm to celebrate this colorful time of year. There will be a children’s costume parade. A hay ride will be available to our pumpkin patch where the children may pick their own pumpkin to take home. Apples, donuts, cider and juice will be served and Lisa will be doing face painting while Rose will be making balloon animals for the children. All of the festivities will be included in the museum’s admission prices and museum members are always admitted free. So, plan on spending a crisp autumn day at the museum. The rain date for the event is Sunday, October 25, 2008. Tractor Mac will be in the art gallery and our children’s area is interactive. There is a cut-away of a Volvo that the children can get into and a Fire Truck too!
